01 · THE BRIEF

Build the performance foundation for a new Amazon brand.

Arth was one month old. Every useful signal had to be created from scratch.

Arth by Emcure offers science-backed women's wellness supplements. When the engagement began, the brand had limited recognition, no meaningful advertising history and six initial SKUs.

The job was to create demand and trust together, then use early marketplace data to scale orders, listings and the portfolio with discipline.

THE GROWTH QUESTION

How do you scale a new wellness brand on Amazon before the account has history to guide it?

02 · THE CONSTRAINT

Three frictions stood between potential and scale.

No historical signal

The account had no mature keyword, conversion or placement data to shape early investment decisions.

Trust had to be earned

A new nutraceutical brand needed strong listings, reviews and visibility in a category where credibility matters.

A small launch portfolio

Six initial SKUs had to create enough learning and sales momentum to support a much broader catalogue.

“The launch worked because media, listings, inventory and reviews were managed as one marketplace system.”

03 · THE SYSTEM

Create signal quickly, then scale the products proving demand.

Amazon media and retail readiness moved together, so each campaign improvement had a stronger product page waiting behind it.

01

Build a keyword ladder

Discovery, high-intent and later brand terms were mapped across the six launch SKUs.

02

Use the full ad portfolio

Sponsored Products drove acquisition, Sponsored Brands built visibility and Sponsored Display supported remarketing and defence.

03

Win the shelf and the click

Bids and placements pursued top-of-search visibility while listings, A+ content and the Brand Store were improved for conversion.

04

Reallocate every week

Keyword pruning, placement reviews, SKU budgets, competitor checks and inventory updates kept spend close to live demand.

04 · THE OUTCOME

13xGROWTH IN DAILY ORDERS IN SIX MONTHS

Daily orders grew faster than media investment.

Across six months, daily orders increased 13x while ad investment scaled 7x.

Precise keyword targeting, stronger listings and continuous campaign optimisation expanded reach and conversion. The growing SKU portfolio gave the system more proven products to scale.

05 · WHY IT WORKED

The result came from a system, not a single tactic.

Keywords created the first signal

Discovery and high-intent terms gave a new account a structured way to learn.

Retail readiness amplified media

Listings, A+ content and the Brand Store improved the value of every paid visit.

Portfolio growth followed proof

SKU expansion increased only as the account built enough evidence to allocate with confidence.

A new marketplace brand scaled when every ad click landed on a stronger retail experience.
